Meditation for Everyone!

6th Sep 2019
6:00 am to 7:30 pm

Whether you are a complete beginner convinced you can’t meditate or an experienced practitioner with years of sitting under your belt this is lovely opportunity for us to come together and relax deeply into our own felt sense of self.  Deep healing and peace can arise when we connect to source in this way.

We start with a short, easy yoga practice for the hips and lower back to enable everyone to sit comfortably – there are also chairs available if the idea of sitting on the floor fills you with dread!  Next up is a little light breath-work to settle the mind down and then we sit together for about 2o mins – half an hour.

Venue: White Horse Yoga in Devizes

Payment is by donation and all donations are gratefully received.

Please contact Naomi to let her know if you would like to attend: naomi@pranastar.co.uk or 07727124097

(don’t use Sat Nav for the last mile or so)

From Devizes centre:
Follow London Road towards Swindon.  At the roundabout with B&Q on the right, turn left onto Hopton Industrial Estate.  Bear sharp right (Carpet Warehouse on right) and follow the road.  Just after you pass WTTL on your left and before the Cross North Site, turn left (signed Roundway Hill Business Centre, Sixpenny Nursery and White Horse Yoga). Turn left at Wiltshire Concrete and follow the road as it goes out past Wiltshire Concrete’s pile of earth and towards the chalk White Horse on the right-hand hill. As you approach Roundway Hill Business Centre you will see another sign for White Horse Yoga and Sixpenny Nursery on the left.  Turn here and drive down the slope towards the gate/fence in front of you.  You will see a large gravel car park on your right.  You can park here. At weekends you can park anywhere, during the week try to park as near to the studio end as possible please. White Horse Yoga Centre is the right-hand side of the building with the lawn and hedge in front of it.  There is additional parking on the north side of the building in un-numbered bays or on the hard-standing area at the top of the slope.
