A pre-Christmas reTreat with Naomi Seager & David Dodd
Take some essential time out to come back home to yourself. Together we will engage in practices that help restore you to a sense of inner equilibrium and revive and energise you in the run-up to Christmas.
Naomi and David both work from the perspective that people come to yoga to simply feel better and also to learn and grow as individuals, moving deeper and deeper into self-acceptance and an expansion of awareness that can facilitate profound healing and change.
This weekend is all about experiencing both, allowing you to rediscover your natural balance and calm so that you can sail through the festivities!
Venue: Littleton Mill, Semington, Wiltshire
Dates: Friday November 25th (5pm arrival) – Sunday November 26th (5pm departure).
Price: £375, Earlybird £350 if booked before August 31st.
The weekend program will include asana, pranayama, practical philosophy, guided self-enquiry, yoga nidra and meditation – and some free time as well! You will leave on Sunday with a deep sense of inner connection as well as some practical mindset tools and practices to support you both on and off your mat going forwards into the holiday season and beyond.
Naomi Seager aims to share the yoga teachings that have brought so much freedom and joy to her own life, in the hope that she may provide the opportunity for others to find whatever it is that they are looking for, be it improved health, fitness and stamina, ease and peace of mind, healing from old wounds (physical and emotional) or a richer spiritual life. She has been teaching yoga full time for almost 15 years offering classes, courses, workshops and teacher training/mentoring and has a busy yoga therapy practice.

David Dodd is a business coach, yoga teacher, and the author of Radically Simple Yoga. He has practiced yoga for over 15 years and trained as a yoga teacher at Svaha Yoga in Amsterdam in 2007/2008. David has experience in a wide range of styles of yoga and his teaching style is infused with the belief that it is not the outer form our practice takes but rather our approach – or inner attitude – to our practice that makes it yoga. David’s classes are usually simple, often surprisingly intense, and are always fun.
